You want a lot of info and you neglected to mention service and handling - still better than most.
Quick and easy to maneuver through site. The price I paid and what I thought I was receiving was not what I expected. There were on 18 roses out of 24 the vase was different than the one I ordered. I will not recommend to friends nor will I be ordering from this site again. Very disappointed.

I am very annoyed with the order that I have received. I was totally embarrassed by the order coming a day late after receiving a delivery email that was incorrect but when I saw it, it was the uglies arrangement, I have ever seen. Small dark purple flower and 3 big yellow flowers thrown together. The recipient didn't even take them out the box. The entire arrangement was tiny which was supposed to be upgraded due to the late delivery and it clearly wasn't. I wouldn't have paid any amount of money for that arrangement and I definitely wouldn't have sent it as a gift. I have seen better arrangements from. Gas station or super maket. I guess I had high expectations out of a florist.

I had a reasonable time navigating the choices you offered. However, I was surprised to discover that the "Cotton Candy" bouquet had been replaced by another type of bouquet. I would have like to have been informed that my first choice was not available, so I could choose another. Otherwise the experience was reasonable.
The flowers ordered were delivered to my granddaughter for graduation. I didn't rate the quality a "5" because I haven't actually seen the arrangement. It was delivered in a timely manner, however, and she seemed very pleased. I would use your service again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
