I placed two orders on the same date. The delivery for DelRio came without incident. The order for Eccleston, however, had issues. Unknown to me, they moved across and down the street from the address that I had. Your representative, Stephanie, called to let me know there was an issue. When I called back, a young man assisted me with inputting an alternative address so we would not lose out on the flowers.

I hope the bouquet is very similar or even prettier than the online demo. I cannot wait to see what it looks like!

Update
The bouquet was not as full as I had expected it to be, ordering the deluxe and not the regular arrangement, however it was pretty and served it's purpose.

The gift basket was a mess. Just a bunch of stuff thrown in a basket wrapped in saran wrap. Not worth the money. I could have made that up for half the price

First of all, i placed my order early so that i would have a bigger chance of the person receiving the bouquet of flowers early. And come to find out that they didnt arrive within 4-5hours, it took 9hours! Smh, and second... There should be a policy for your workers when making a delivery... if no one is there to recieve the gift. Not just leaving it on the floor for anyone to take!
Whats the whole point of asking for our number online if no one even bothered to call to let us know the status of the situation.

Ohh And the bouquet did not look like the bouquet i chose online, so unhappy with the overall experience.

I had a great service for mothers day weekend so hear i am again.

Ordered may 24 it was not delivered till may 25 1230 pm i wasnt satisfied with delivery i had to call to find out drlivery wasnt coming i wasnt notified that wasnt cool at all.

Very easy and convinient website. Best experience so far on this type of online shopping. The only thing missing was to specify a time range to have it delivered. The flowers where delivered to my wife boss because they arrived to early.
About the flowers:
No doubt that any flower arrangement is pretty, buy I expected it some what better, even tho the container was nicer than what the website shows so it's not really a loss.
