I was pleased the flowers were delivered promptly on the day ordered. Recipient seemed pleased with them--I assume I'd be told if not nice.

İt was easy order, product arrived on time but the total amount paid, flowers should be in bigger vase with more flowers. İt looked very little. Maybe next time I shouldnt choose florist choice because I dont know What it will look like.

ORDERING WAS EASY, THE SITE WAS EASY TO NAVIGATE. THE DELIVERY PRICE WAS REASONABLE.
THE PLANTER ITSELF WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING. IT WAS POORLY BALANCED IN REGARD TO THE PLANTS CHOSEN, THE FLOWERS WERE THE KALANCHE PLANT, NOT FRESH SEASONAL FLOWERS, AND THE RIBBON CHOSEN FOR THE SYMPATHY PLANTER WAS A FALL PLAID AND VERY SCRUNCHED.

My son received the cookies. They were all melted. The ice packs were melted and the surprise was more of a disaster than a surprise.

My dad, an unsentimental man, decided for the first time to send flowers to me for Valentines Day. He'd never ordered flowers online and made the unfortunate mistake of choosing From You Flowers. They gave the impression the flowers would be delivered from a shop in my neighborhood. He paid extra to have them delivered on Valentines Day. The flowers did not arrive on Valentines Day. They arrived in the evening of the following day. The arrangement he paid nearly $70 for contained a few roses, a lily and some baby's breath in a plain glass vase. Even the card wasn't a card. Simply a slip of plain white note paper folded in two. And it didn't come from my neighborhood. The shop was an hour away. When I tried to reach the company to complain, I couldn't get anyone on the phone. A voicemail referred me to an email address. The reply to the email said they couldn't locate the order.
This is a dishonest company. Avoid at all costs.
Got everything I ordered. One of the Iris's was broken. Other than that I was happy.
