These flowers were delivered to my daughter-in-law in another city and she was very pleased with them! She sent a photo and they were exactly as pictured on your website. I have not always had good luck with flowers ordered on-line but there was certainly not a problem this time. I will, for sure, use your business again!

Ordering was simple and quick. They called a few days later and informed me they didnt have a certain rose but substituted a similar arrangement. It turned out perfectly.
I was told when I called the customer service number that there would be a place in the online order for requests/instructions, but there wasn't. I don't think adding a teddy bear, chocolates or balloons to a sympathy arrangement is quite the right touch. You need other options.
The item that was delivered was not what I ordered. Not at all. It was pretty, and the recipient appreciated it, but it was not even close to the same style basket. I understood at the time that there might be some changes, but I would not have even recognized it had my friend not quoted the card. If something's not available for same-day delivery, then it shouldn't be labeled as such.
I sent my sister a birthday flower cake. I don't know what happened to the first one, but it looks like someone made a horrible mistake and then they sent the correct one. So, it was great experience and my sister loved the right one.
