I was not satisfied with the product that was delivered, it was not at all what I ordered. I called on the delivery day to advise and the representative offered a 30% discount? This was a thank you gift I placed two orders going to two different addresses. The one to Laura Graef was beautiful and looked exactly like what I ordered. The one to Mary Zele not only wasn't what I ordered it was a completely different style and color of bouquet than what I ordered. Not at all happy about this. Please advise how you plan to correct this mistake.

I just moved to upstate NY recently I just moved from Port Washington. It was fantastic to see that I could still order flowers from this wonderful store from up here. The website was extremely easy to navigate and informative. Will use it again!
I would like the option to add one or two more balloons, and it would be very helpful to understand what regular, deluxe and premium means with the bears. Even you gal on the phone could tell me only the size of the deluxe bear, not the other two.
My friend said the basket was nice but I'm not happy it wasn't delivered until 6pm. I won't order again for that reason. When a family is at a funeral home from 1-8 and they don't get their snacks until 6 that's unacceptable.

Have a hard time trying to decipher how large a bouquet is. Please put measurements so we know what to gauge the finished product at as you send the requests to all different florists. Some are not as good as others

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
