The site was easy to use, the photos looked great. The price seemed fair, then all the extras were added in and the product that was delivered was about a $15.00 value and was very skimpy and not like the photo. For $50 I would expect MORE. I was embarrassed by the gift my friend received.

The arrangement I ordered was not what I received. I understand the substitution policy BUT they substituted everything. I called the customer service number. The lady who answered was not all that friendly at first and was plain rude at the end. I am an FTD gold member so I buy flowers several times a year for my beautiful wife. My wife saw the "Springtime in Paris" in an ad before Mother's Day and said it was one of the most beautiful she had ever seen. With her birthday being a week later I surprised her with it so I thought. Then we received completely different colored flowers.
Service/handling fee was unexpected.
After my daughter sent me a picture of the bouquet, I was sure a mistake had been made; it looked like the lower priced order and not the premium selection that I paid for. There are large gaps where there is no foliage or flowers, not full, like the premium photo you placed on your ad, and the flowers were sparse like a lower grade stem from the grower. Not so happy about my order.
