Delivered Ok on right day & balloon Ok but 'bouquet ' consisted of 3 flowers with a little bit of gyp. Disgusting for money, embarrassing to have such paltry gift to friend for her 70th birthday. Bouquets illustrated for similar price showed many more flowers & this florists choice bouquet was supposed to be better value! Certainly would never recommend this service or use it again.

Easy checkout -- good selection.

My order was for my sister's birthday. They live in a small town in SC. Her birthday was on a Sunday. If the order could not be delivered as requested on the day requested, you should be upfront and explain it is hard to find an open florist on a Sunday in a small town even if it means losing the order. I was not told that was the reason the flowers were not delivered until Monday, but that is the most likely reason. On a positive note, everyone I interacted with was very nice and the order was even upgraded to make up for the late delivery.

Easy web site to find what you are looking for and easy checkout but encountered issues right after ordering.
1. the flowers were to be same day but they arrived 2 days later with no notice to me about the reasoning behind this delay. I had to check my account to find out why these flowers were not delivered and all it said was rescheduled
2. Driver delivered the flowers to another address
3. Greatly disappointed

Pretty easy to find what you need and great selection. Just wish I could get a delivery time while I am ording. My product was left outside in the heat and the chocolates were melted. Besides that I was satisfied with the overall product.
