A little pricey
This site was easy to navigate, making it simple to place an order. Instructions were clear and succinct.
I've ordered from them in the past, and was satisfied. Thought I'd try them again. The site had several items that "were not available" for the location, but I finally found one that was. I ordered... Found out next day that it was to be delivered via UPS from a floral shop 9 hours away! It was not even a local floral shop. Being that the delivery was UPS, and where I was sending them has a "Mail' room for deliveries other than flowers, I'm not sure when my wife will get her flowers, maybe next day. First representative was inept at best, and put me on hold for 15 minutes before our connection was cut off. I called back and Desiree was much more friendly and did some verification saying the "mail" room guy would hand deliver right away, but an hour an a half later, I presume she still doesn't have it. Site needs to only allow local shops and ensure buyers know before hand if it isn't a local florist. IF I decide to order again, I will NOT be using the website for ordering as I want to be sure the flowers are local delivery.

I paid extra for a premium arrangement. The flowers arrived with more Green Leaf Filler than there were flowers. The arrangement cost over $70. I could have purchased a nicer bouquet at my local supermarket for about $20.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
