Said free shipping yet it added over twelve dollars in processing? Really? Then i get the fruit and i expected at least a double layer of fruit for the price but it had NINE pieces of fruit and the rest was all paper shreddings making the basket look fuller but it was not. TOTAL RIPOFF for the 72 dollars i spent.
Since it was a gift for my new neighbor i had no choice but to add banannas and give it to them. Such a sad experience.

My only dissapointment was that the email advertisement I received, touted that "I qualified for a $12.19 discount". I went to the "sale flowers" tab, and chose an arrangement 'on sale' and expected my "$12.19 qualified discount" to be additionally applied to the (advertised) sale price. When I went to place the order, it became apparent that my "qualified discount of $12.19", was already applied - to arrive at the 'sale price'. I felt the email solicitation was misleading, as ANYONE could purchase from the "sale flowers tab", at the 'discount price'.

I sent these flowers from NC to western NY, they were on time, the arrangement was eloquent, and very similar to the arrangement ordered, all the flowers were very lively and colorful. Could not ask for better service.
Shipping fees should be posted and not tacked on at the last minute; I had very prompt response from customer service when I sent them an email question; the order was delivered to a relative in another state, I assume everything was ok but have not heard from them.

For Mother's Day I ordered a bouquet called cotton candy a pink and white flower arrangement eyesore on the website of for you flowers it was beautiful that's what I ordered for approximately 32 or $33 it was supposed to be delivered it was delivered on time but when my mother sent me a picture of the flowers it looked like it was a scanty bouquet of flowers with the name kath signed on the card! My name is Pat. I did not order what was obviously sent what I ordered was a nice feminine bouquet what my mother received was awful I called and complained the company said they would resend the bouquet they used another vendor and this one was even worse than the first one I called to complain again told them twice that the card was a mistake that was not my name they resent the second bouquet of a half a dozen flowers with the same name submitted on the card! I called them again very upset I asked them if they just don't expect people to realize the garbage they send being so far away but being so far away is why I order flowers for my mother regardless they said they would reimburse me 30% back on to my credit card I received my credit card statement and $2.40 was taken off so not only does this company not know how to send flowers they do not know how to reimburse 30% from 32.00 order. I'm very frustrated and disgusted with this company I think it's a poor excuse to do that to people

The red floral arrangement on stand for funeral was all red carnations. No roses were found in the arrangement. It was also much smaller than anticipated. Was more round than oblong. It was disappointing to see the arrangement, especially since it was a company paid for arrangement for a VP's mother.
Quick deliveries
I expected a much larger arrangement because I ordered the premium option with the freshest flowers possible. Closed buds were requested, but most of the blooms were open. This arrangement will not last five days even if I change the water daily. Thank you for the delivery though; the flowers will brighten the room for a few days.

As I purchased the upgraded arrangement, I thought it would be a larger arrangement than what is was. It does not look nearly as large as the picture on the website. Disappointing.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
