Though I found the price to be ok, I was not at all satisfied with the product which was delivered. I had ordered a bouquet of flowers and a box of chocolates for my wife on her birthday, while I was out of town on that day. The chocolates in the box were totally melted and were useless. My wife sent me a message of thanks, saying "Thank you for the flowers and chocolate milk shake"! The flowers of the bouquet did not look fresh enough. I live in AZ and this time of the year it is pretty hot. However, you should have a system to keep the flowers fresh and some sort of cooler to carry items like chocolates. This sort of took the zing out for me in sending my wife flowers and chocolates on her birthday while I was not home, which is rare.
The whole experience could have been a lot better.

It's impossible to have apostrophes in your messages due to terrible text handling on your website and when you print the cards. The word 'I'm' was printed on the card as 'I####m' - this is a pretty stupid thing to get wrong, especially for a personalized card/message service. While everything else about the transaction was fine (easy to order, on-time delivery, nice bouquet), it didn't have the level of finish on it I would have liked because of this sloppy text-handling. I'd give it a 4/5.
Checkout was a bit confusing as I paid by PayPal but had to put in personal details as if I was paying by credit card.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
