The same day delivery was fast
I talked to my brother and he said the flowers for my sister in law were beautiful and delivered early on 6/10 her birthday. I don't see the discount I was supposed to get - no discount ever showed - supposed to get 20% discount? Need better info on how to get discount! This is the first time I used this site.
There had to be a substitution but I am sure what my friend received was beautiful.
At checkout couldn't go back to change order size
I placed the order 2 days before the requested delivery date. It was not delivered. I called and was told it would be delivered by noon the next day. It was not. Called again and was told the sunflowers were not available but would be replaced with Shasta daisies. Sunflowers were finally delivered at 4:33
Easy lots to choose from.
My daughter received a beautiful set of flowers, bright and fresh. Just wasn't the arrangement I ordered for her, I wanted one with the Gerbera daisies. But she loved her flowers and that is what is awesome!

Basket was much much smaller than expected. This was a sympathy basket for my daughter in laws family and the size of it was extremely embarrassing to me and my family! Delivered at 8:pm besides.
