Delivery could be cheaper I was supposed to get 20 percent off this order did I get it? The picture showed a large vase of flowers I got a tiny vase instead. 15.00 for delivery we live a couple miles away from the florist. It wasn't what was shown!

The plants in the bowl were delivered within hours of ordering. The recipient loved it very much. The items eere exactly as shown online and I was very relieved about this. All went well. My only critique is the cost of delivery and the extra service fee for same day delivery. It made the overall cost much higher than I expected.

The website was easy to navigate--UX/UI design was very simple- plus I got a good company discount which was awesome. The only thing is the online picture showed more of a fuller display of flowers, and the actual product had less flowers. I wasn't impressed because the displayed photo was completely different from the actual product. I felt I paid pretty good amount of money to only find out there were less flowers and it didn't look impressive as the website showed. Perhaps maybe display the actual products? Overall the delivery was quick but I don't think I will shop here unfortunately.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
