This is my third set of flowers and the first two absolutely blew me away! Everyone ocommented on the freshness and quality and beauty of the flowers. And very, very inexpensive compared to others. I ordered floral arrangement's at 2pm AZ time for delivery before 9AM the next day. Flowers were there quite early and blew me away with the size and the quality. Nicest ones there by far. Kudos to this company, they are the best by far!

I ordered the Citrus Splendor bouquet. I ordered the deluxe so the bouquet that was delivered should have been nearly identical to the picture online. It is a shame I cannot upload a picture to here as the flowers that got delivered were unrecognizable from the picture. I had them delivered to a friend as a sympathy gift and did not recognize that those were the flowers I sent when I saw them on the counter of their home. The bouquet was incredibly small, did not have an orange vase, contained zero roses, no decorative green fill like the picture advertised, and was entirely different from the picture that is on the website. I am very displeased with the arrangement I received and the price that I paid for the amount of flowers that were delivered. This will surely be my first and last time ordering from fromyouflowers.com

I have been ordering from this company for a couple of years now. The last two deliveries to my mother-in-law were not as large or as pretty as I had ordered from the website. Both arrangements were ordered in deluxe, but both arrived looking more like the regular. Both were much smaller with less flowers than I thought I would be having delivered. She was perfectly pleased with them, but she didn't know what I thought they should look like. I am a disappointed customer.

Absolutely the worst online buying experience ever. There guarantee means nothing and the customer service is horrible.

I did not expect to be charged the service fee of $14.99 since the order was confirmed over the phone and the order was placed before 3:00 p.m. The delivery fee was deducted and there was a $10 discount for an upgrade on the flowers because the flowers were not going to be delivered the same day. I wanted these flowers delivered the same day my daughter came home from the hospital. I couldn't be there for her when she got home. I live in Deltona, Florida and she lives in San Antonio, Texas. I don't think I should have been charged the service fee of $14 under the circumstances. ----- Greg & Lyn Wehr -----
