This purchase was much better than the last one I ordered from this site last month.
A lot to choose from but too many extra fees
Exactly what I ordered. My Aunt was very pleased.
Overall experience was great. Was a little disappointed that I was charged additional for Friday/weekend delivery being I ordered Thursday for regular business hour delivery during on Friday. Other than that, was extremely easy.
Not happy that I was charged for double delivery fees by ordering two items. They are going to the same person and address!
I did not expect to be charged the service fee of $14.99 since the order was confirmed over the phone and the order was placed before 3:00 p.m. The delivery fee was deducted and there was a $10 discount for an upgrade on the flowers because the flowers were not going to be delivered the same day. I wanted these flowers delivered the same day my daughter came home from the hospital. I couldn't be there for her when she got home. I live in Deltona, Florida and she lives in San Antonio, Texas. Thank you for your service, it arrived early, but it was not what I paid for, I received a picture of what my dad received, I ordered a large fruit basket which appeared to be more fruit than I received. 2bananas, 3 orange, 2 apple 2 small bags of cookies. I paid over 50.00 for 5.00 of fruit. I'm disappointed.
