Great but Service/Handling fee is a bit outrageous. I'm already paying for the flowers, you'd think that charge would be included in the advertised price already.

UPDATED: I paid additional to have my order delivered the same day and found the site through a search ad promoting that they would do a 4 hour same day delivery - this was indeed FALSE. I placed my order before 10am 6/12 and the recipient didn't receive the order till a little past 5pm the NEXT DAY. They blamed the florist and moved the order to another florist, but it was still a very late delivery and you should do your due diligence to ensure orders are being met on days they are requested. All I got back was the money I paid for same day delivery and a $10 credit to my email (which I have not received 2 days later) to use at their store. This doesn't help me, I don't want to use your service again. You're better off going to your local higher end grocery, creating your own bouquet and delivering them via a ride-share service.
Will be interested in finding out if the actual order looks like the picture advertising it. Will have to wait until the recipient receives it. The flower bouquet was smaller than originally expected, but priced higher due to the recipient's address in Colorado which was Longmont. Probably will pick up something from Safeway next time.
The arrangement looks very similar to the picture. Nice job. I also appreciated the email regarding the delivery delay and actual delivery time.

It's easy and there's so much to choose from...however, the flowers were not left at the door when delivered and a card was left for my grandson to pick them up at the florists...I had given them his phone number but they never called him...after paying 14.99 for delivery this didn't make me very happy!
Was ordering from my phone and had a bit of difficulty following the stream of instructions.
They didn't arrive until 8 pm and they were wilted from being on the truck all day. I'm disgusted and asked for a refund.

The person receiving the flowers loved them and said they were beautiful! She is the childhood friend of our late Mother and the flowers were for her. Thank you for helping my family bless "Auntie Gladys", a very special friend whom we love and cherish, on her 92nd birthday! As a side note, both our Mother and Gladys met as newborn babies, when their Mums pushed them to the park in prams. Amazingly, they became best friends as they grew older and remained so until our Mother died in 1995. They both married American servicemen during WWII and were in the first crossing of English G.I War Brides in February 1946 from Southampton, England to NYC on the HMS Queen Mary, when the ship was still painted "battleship gray", for protection from German bombers when transporting American troops back and forth between America and England during the war. Amazingly the ship was never attacked. Our Mom was a Corporal in the WAAF and Gladys was a British Army nurse. Many of the war brides became very seasick during the crossing, but not our Mother and Gladys, both of whom treated the sick and helped them get to the top deck to see the "Statue of Liberty" which was a very emotional moment for all. Glady's husband couldn't get to New York so our Dad collected her as well. But when he did, many of the other serviceman called out, "Hey, no fair! You only get one bride!" Dad put Gladys on a train to Minnesota and he and Mom spent a week in NYC, a 2nd honeymoon, with the first being in England. Their wedding was March 5,1945 in a 12th century Anglo-Saxon church, Eling St. Mary, which sits atop a hill in the village of Totton, England, overlooking the bay leading to the English ship channel. Gladys was my Mother's "Maid of Honor" and they both carried lovely bouquets. Flowers are abundant in English gardens, especially roses, so the bouquet we sent was a special gift to Gladys from our family. Thank you again for helping us to be a blessing to our dear friend!

I ordered these flowers for a friend that was in the hospital. I ordered the deluxe one and when she sent me a picture of them I was so very disappointed. It was a very small arrangement and not worth the $80.00.
She was very happy which makes it all worth it.
Beautiful flowers. My friend loved them. However, I placed my order mostly because I received an email saying free delivery charge. A few hours later I got another email with the same bouquet advertised for $14.99 less than I paid. In other words the bouquet that I ordered had the delivery charge added in the total price. Not cool.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
