Very easy to order flowers using my phone!
June 12,2017 tried to order a $19.99 promo flower arrangement to deliver to Dalton GA. Website rejected order. Had to order a $39.99 arrangement for website to accept order. Paid an extra $2.99 on top of $14.99 del fee to get confirmed same day delivery. Order placed at 6:34 am MST. Order not delivered. Followed up w cust. Serv at 5 pm Mon. Was told that order would be delivered next day (today) and would get return call from mgr w explanation. Order not delivered again. No response from mgr. Followed up again at 6 pm w cust serv. Could not explain why del not made and/or why no mgr follow up. I asked to cancel order and get full refund. Was told that they needed to call the florist to cancel order b4 credit issued.
Terrible experience. Was trying to reward a super, great gal immediately after going above and beyond for my company. Totally a mojo killing bummer.
Really easy, great prices. Really like the option to have the florist design a bouquet, never seen that before. In addition, what a beautiful arrangement! I will absolutely use fromyouflowers.com again! Thank you SO much!

For the price i paid i got a very small plant, not at all like what the photo showed. It showed a basket and the plant was not even in a basket.

I ordered the flowers delivered June 12th. They were delivered June 13th because the recipient was not home and they do not deliver unless someone is home to receive.
They would not leave them because of the hot weather although I agreed to it.
Also I paid for three balloons that were not delivered and they had no explanation for it.
They credited my account for the balloons but I really wanted the balloons to accompany the flowers...
I received my order the same day and was delighted to see it on the counter when I got home. It was for my 5 yr old granddaughters Kindergarten Congraduation. I purchased the teddy bear with the Congratulations balloon. She loved it. My son said it was expensive and I could of made it myself. But it was a last minute idea thanks for the text I received. I was very pleased and the smile on her face was definitely worth it. Thank you

My first time experience with fromyouflowers wasn't good at all. I ordered "Same day"delivery service for someone with a discount price and it end up being full price when i completed my order and it didn't get there the same day. I called and spoke to someone about it and they gave me a discount for their mistake and told me the flowers will arrive the next day before 12pm since the recipient wasn't going to be home after that time. The flowers arrived late at 1:30pm and the recipient didn't receive the flowers. The delivery man was kind enough to drop it off at a friends house from me. Then when receiving the flowers they spelled the person name wrong. This website has beautiful flowers for a decent price(which i didn't get) and same day delivery service(which i didn't get too) but i would not order from here anymore. It was a bad first time experience.

I just saw the arrangement as I had it delivered yesterday to my business and I was not in the office that day. The arrangement was "okay." It didn't look extraordinarily fresh and I was a bit disappointed in the volume of flowers. I've had better from you. But, overall, it was "okay", not outstanding. I DO appreciate the quick delivery.

Fast and easy after I decided which bouquet to choose. After delivery was hard for me to comment on because I didn't see the flowers after they arrived. They were taken from the office before I was able to go there and see them so I have no idea what they looked like but that's my fault. Next time I will have them delivered to me and then I will hand deliver them.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
