Very pleased with my order! My mom received her gift in record time and I didnt even need to pay extra for expedited delivery time!
I do not like that I never saw the total of my order until after I have entered all my info. Only then did I find out the shipping and handling fee, taxes and total. However, those fees were reasonable. The delivered flowers were gorgeous. I will order again.
Easy and quick
I had the recipient take a photo of the actual flowers so I could compare it to online photo. Just a few concerns, I chose "PREMIUM" arrangement. The flowers in the web-site photo showed 6 pink roses...I assumed that was "Regular" and that "Deluxe" would have maybe 7-8 roses and Premium would have 9-10. But, there were only 6 in my premium bouquet. And, the description said "sent in a unique pink vase". But the photo my friend sent me showed a clear vase (didn't look pink at all...unless photo wasn't good). So, perhaps in your description you might want to list how many actual roses will be put in the "regular, deluxe and premium" bouquets so we know. The bow was different than the photo showed also...you may want to state "bow may/may not be different than photo shows".
The recipient received them on time. I don't know what it looked like so I can't comment further.
When I clicked on the item I wanted I thought I would be receiveing all the colors of flowers in the picture and all I received was two of The colors pink and white. Very disappointed

Great. Just a bit expensive

You should have the service handling fee listed up front. It is very high and adds a lot of money to the order. Seems like you are trying to hide.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
