This is my third order. I think the prices are consistent and the quality of the arrangement depends on the local florist executing the order. This most recent order was delivered on time and while the arrangement was visually a bit different from the original, it was was still very nicely done. The person who received it was thrilled and that's what matters. The delivery was on time and arrived without issue. Overall it was a satisfying experience.

When you call the # for support you get caught up in a loop that gets you nowhere. My friend passed today but could have had this before she left this earthly world. I think a refund should be in order as I stated in my email to the company. This is a complete joke. I am so sad, disappointed, and dis-heartened. Wish I had read these reviews before.
