The picture that you had online was beautiful, and I bought the premium one to make sure it looked more like the picture. The picture that I received from my sister of the flowers were barely even half that. The order had two roses total, five lilies and a few white carnations with some baby's breath and then some green around it. The only thing that even looked close to the picture online was the vase. I've order from you guys twice in two different areas, and from now on will use another service. This is pathetic, my brother in-laws brother died and I couldn't be there for the services so this was my way of saying sorry to them. Now I more feel like apologizing for the the flowers then anything else. If you are going to put pictures up and have people pay extra to make them fuller you should at least give them close to what the picture looks like. I understand they might not have all the flowers at every shop but I'm sorry to say this was not even remotely close and I could not be more upset with your services.

Flowers arrived hours later than was promised for a delivery to a business. The tracking that I was receiving did not match the tracking information the fromyouflowers.com agent had available. No follow up call was received, after I was promised a new bouquet to be delivered the next day. This was a very important occasion and was ruined because of misinformation and a late delivery.
I ordered the 18 long stemmed red rose bouquet. I was very disappointed with the end product. The bouquet did not look professionally arranged at all. It looked like a vase with 18 roses stuck in it with some greenery added...certainly NOT what I expected and NOT even close to what was displayed on the website. Because of the "guarantee ", when I called to express my dissatisfaction, I expected a full refund. But, instead I was offered only 50%. I suppose 50% is better than nothing; but, I got 0% of the impact I was buying the bouquet for. I wanted stunning and I got below average!

Web site is efficient and easy to use. My daughter is serving in Canon City at New Horizons Prison Ministry for the summer. She just had her 30th birthday and I wanted to surprise her. I didn't order until the morning of her birthday but the flowers were delivered by 12:30 PM. She sent me a picture and although the arrangement didn't look exactly like the picture, it was bright and cheery with a garden flower look -- just the look my daughter loves! The Mason jar added a homey touch and I was very happy with the end result and great service!

The order on the 13th did not arrive until after 5 pm. The factory offices where the recipient works closes at 5. Luckily, she was still there...
Some of the sunflowers were smashed and there were only like 1 big one that looked perfect and 2 small ones which were in good condition; I even asked my best friend who was here when they were delivered and she agrees that it just doesn't look as good for the price I paid. These were sent to myself to cheer me up after a rough weekend and I'm not very satisfied. I'm sorry, I'm just being honest.
The flowers didn't look at all like the bouquet we ordered. I feel they were either misrepresented or seriously lacking in size and presentation. This has been a big disappointment. We certainly didn't feel we got what we paid for
I am very unhappy with my order. The description on the website says the flowers would be DELIVERED, fresh and arranged by a florist, not dumped in a box by UPS at the front door. The flowers were so sparse and sad. Not at all worth the $61.00 that I paid. Very sad indeed.
My sister was delighted with the birthday cake arrangement. The only disappointment was that it wasn't edible! I will be a returning customer.

The local florist was running late for delivery, but called and let me know and changed the delivery address so my husband still got his flowers, balloon and teddy bear on our 30th anniversary. Nice to be able to order online (convenient for a busy schedule) but still get a full bouquet and use local businesses!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
