The flowers look nothing like the webpage, it looks like you forgot to put flowers and sent leaves instead. I'm very disappointed. I feel like you robbed me a little bit.
The recipient sent me a picture of the flowers. The arrangement was not at ALL what was pictured. I ordered the Zen Artistry with very unusual design and flowers. The arrangement delivered, while pretty had very common flowers in it and took away from the design. It was not unique looking as I expected. Very disappointed.
The $14 handling charge was unexpected, however the flowers were more beautiful than expected.

I thought the prices were a little high even though I was supposed to be getting 20% off. I went back into your website and the same bouquet was then a lot cheaper. I just looked at the website today and the exact same bouquet today is again another price. I don't appreciate that. It should be one price minus any discount you promise and if there are service fees, etc. it should be told ahead of time too. I feel scammed. The flowers were beautiful but i feel taken advantage of!
