I had paid the additional fee for same day delivery but the flowers were not received. I called first thing the following morning and customer service seemed to be helpful calling the florist and calling me back to say they would be delivered that morning. When not received after noon I called back and was told they had until 6:00. So, when they were finally received they looked like they had already been sitting for an additional day, had a huge funeral type bow wrapped around them (get well not death) and were not anywhere near as nice as they should have been for the price! I order flowers often but will not use this company again. Only gave me credit for the same day delivery fee.
The florist did not send what I saw on the site, so I really didn't get what I'd ordered.
I'm really hoping these flowers do the trick to cheer up one of my favorite work friends.(~:

I ordered flowers for same day delivery on Monday 6/12/17. I got an email confirming that they were delivered. Come to find out on Wednesday evening I spoke to my friend and co worker that had surgery on Monday 6/12/17 asking if she loved the flowers. She asked what flowers. What flowers? She never received it. Today Thursday 6/15/17 I called and was told that they did show up but no one was home. They didn't have sense to leave a note on the door stating they attempted to deliver the flowers, and to please call us to set up another delivery, They didn't even call or send me an email stating that they attempted to deliver it. They didn't even attempt yesterday or the day before to deliver them? I also sent an email last night about the situation and got a response that they were delivered on Monday 6/12/17. Really? After I had to take the time and call this morning they were miraculously delivered. I saw a photo of them. They weren't even cut right and it didn't look exactly the photo online. The vase was different too, as if they threw it together at the last minute. I will never order from this raggedy company again nor will I refer a friend. I tried stating all of this on Yelp but this company listed. I will copy this just in case I find it.
Shopping was easy, and fast, had lots to chose from, delivered on time. A little pricey but ended up being worth it considering it was a gift that went half way across the country.
The Service and Handling fee didnt pop up till the very end after you have already reviewed the order once before, it was like its hidden and I clicked purchase before I saw this. It would be nice if that fee was revealed up front as there was other sites that were lower in cost.
Very fine and such beautiful arrangements to choose from! My parents received them for their anniversary and loved them very much! The delivery man was so awesome too at leaving them in a shaded area on the deck!
Your prices are very misleading. The original price listed was $27.99- when I proceeded to check out and added a promo code the price was then $27.99 with the promo code added plus $15 delivery fee.
The person we sent them to said it really brightened her day and sent me a picture. The flowers were absolutely beautiful!
Even though the flowers were pretty, the arrangement was very small considering the price I paid. I usually go through ProFlowers and for what I spent with your company I would've gotten a much bigger arrangement. So that is the reason I rated it so low. I'm just glad my daughter had no idea how much I paid. I was embarrassed though because it looked like I spent far less than I did. I will probably go back with ProFlowers in the future. Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
