Flowers delivered were yellow/white daisy with fern. Not even closed to product description, except glass vase. NOT ONE SINGLE FLOWER IN DESCRIPTION WAS USED! FRAUD!
This is a great service and so far the recipients have been happy with the quality of the flowers. I'm grateful to be able to send something on short notice, and that my mother is happy with what she gets.
I've used From You Flowers twice and both times the arrangements don't even resemble the online photo. There's a reason I picked each arrangement and it is unfortunate that the local florists commissioned to complete the orders take creative license and ruin them.
Also, for this order I paid extra for same day delivery. I provided the contact information but they attempted delivery when she wasn't home. After I contacted From You Flowers, they stated that delivery was attempted and she was sent a text, and left a door hanger. She doesn't use the front door so never saw the door hanger but she took initiative and called the florist to reschedule. She loved the flowers which is important, but being the purchaser I'd have liked to have her received what I ordered on time.
Ordering was a smooth experience and delivery on time. I was sending to an out of state person so I didn't see the flowers but they said they were beautiful.

Sent this to a family friend who was injured to let them know we were thinking of them. After she received the basket she was very grateful and sent a picture of the basket to me. I was surprised to see that very little fruit was in the basket compared to what was pictured on the website. Maybe it would be better to give an estimate of how many pieces of each fruit would be included. The cost of this fruit basket was misleading with the photo given on the website.

There should be a mention of the service fee before the end. When you see the price originally you feel it is in the price range that you want to pay (budget wise), then you are slapped with the service fee of $14.99. Which is a rip off, but you go ahead and order them anyway. Will not order from here again.
Placing the order was really easy. The delivery was good, I never received a call before the delivery but it worked out well. The flowers were beautiful. I will use you again.
Your site was a little confusing. Also, I wasn't happy not knowing total arrangement would be up front. I didn't find out about $5 expedited service charge until the final review page... and there was no explanation of why the charge was made. I'm ordering the flowers in the early a.m. the day before delivery on a non-holiday. Why would I need expedited service for a simple arrangement for delivery close to the florist's shop?
I just wish the shipping charge was shown earlier in the process.
