They have many choices, but timing is horrible and terrible customer service feed back, over three separate agents couldn't answer the two questions I asked. When I got an answer from one of them they didn't answer the entire question either.
Flowers were too small and the receiver received an ugly duck instead of the teddy bear I paid for.
Online was much better than talking to a rather rude customer service person. Second person was lovely.
The shopping experience itself was quite difficult in that it limits what changes you can make after you place an item in your cart. For example, I entered the wrong zip code to begin with and it would not allow me to change it from the shopping cart. Therefore, I had to remove the first item and add the item again. When I added the item again it still retained information from the original item, even though I had previously removed it from my cart completely. I ended up just having to close out and start from the beginning and of course, each time I had to re-enter all of the information over again.
Next, I ordered a $70 Ultimate Junk Food Basket for my husband for Father's Day (NOT including shipping costs). The basket contained maybe $20-25 worth of junk food, so I essentially paid $45 for a basket! But, I think what upset me the most was the gift card. I opted for the Father's Day card option. The card that came with the basket had pink and purple flowers and butterflies all over it and made zero mention of Father's Day on it, but that is not even close to the worst part. They printed out the message from the computer without paying any attention to layout or size, so there was a funky white piece of paper glued to the top of it with the jagged edges hanging off the side of the card. And words like "The" were separated between lines... seriously? It would have taken 1 extra second to hit "Enter" before the "T" so that the word would have been on the same line. It just looked incredibly sloppy and I honestly felt kind of embarrassed that my husband and his co-workers saw this card at all.
I will definitely be going elsewhere for floral arrangements in the future.

I have to say I'm a bit disappointed. I found an item I liked on the site and by the time I got to checkout I see an additional service charge. There is a link that said your delivery can be free if you sign up with this other service. As I don't reside in the US this was not an option. As I was thinking about my purchase I receive an email saying I can return to my basket and get free delivery. That doesn't seem to work and I just give in and place the order. I contacted the service center to understand what happened and they wrote that I couldn't have the discount and free shipping but they can adjust the price by 99cents in my favor. I do think a lot of this was misleading which is a shame as it's a way to really gain a good customer. I really am not sure if want to use your service again. Upon delivery I received an email while I was speaking to my loved one who I sent flowers to. There was no knock or bell to alert them to the delivery and the flowers were left at the front door. Just dropped off. No box, no cover just left behind. If I didn't alert them they might not have been aware that a flower delivery was sitting outside their house. I do find that a bit disappointing as well. The actual flowers were lovely so thank you for that but the general customer care was inadequate. I hope this helps you improve your service.
Very nice selection of gifts, gift baskets and flowers and I love next day delivery at no additional charge like the other places. Ordering was fast and super easy. The handwritten card was a nice touch although my daughter knew it was not my handwriting! A great gift. I'll definitely order from here in the future.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
