So far, the shopping experience is great. My hope is that all the flowers will arrive in a timely manner before the funeral service and will be beautiful for my grandmother.

Update:
Flowers came on time and were so beautiful! The cross was a bit smaller than I expected, but it was oh so beautiful! There was some confusion on the delivery time (fault does not lie with fromyouflowers), however all arrived on time and with good margin before the service. I was hoping some of the flowers would be bigger (looked bigger on the website), but they were smaller than expected though the quality was really good. My advice is make sure to look at the exact dimensions rather than just the pictures shown! However, i am very thankful for their service and the funeral was very beautiful.

Easy checkout and easy to navigate. I did have one grievance that when I was looking for same day I wasn't being shown all my options and had to look in another category to find a more cost effective option. It seemed as if I only had the choice of picking the more expensive bouquets.

After receiving the order, I am satisfied with the time it took considering it was in the morning and arrived around mid afternoon which was good timing. Overall price I am guessing was due to same day but pricing for other bouquets that I was interested in I feel were a little expensive compared to going to a store and buying them from the store at a cheaper price. Service was good though

1st time using this site/service and service and deliver of product did not happen until a week later while the site is suppose to guarantee next day deliver. For the price I paid, I could have hand picked them myself and walked the 50 miles to deliver them myself. Unsatisfied customer, imagine having your co-workers showing up to funeral and our flowers we ordered had not arrive by Saturday, after they had been ordered early on Thursday!

This was my first time ordering so learning to navigate the website was cumbersome. I am on a fixed income so I have to be careful and was happy to find several beautiful selections I could afford and with next day delivery, I was ecstatic. Of course, I knew there would be some additional charges but from $21 to $42 seemed excessive. The flowers were very pretty, a fair price until the extra charges were added on (excluding tax & delivery). I will probably order one more time now that I have an account set up and hopefully the overall cost will be less.

My order came in and it did not look anything like it was pictured on the site, the colors were off and only had about 10-12 flowers in the vase with most not bloomed when the item I ordered had atleast 30 flowers shown. I also paid extra for two balloons and received only one and it was almost out of air. This has been the most terrible experience I had with purchasing flowers off of the internet. I will never purchase from this site again. Pay a little more from 1800flowers or pro flowers.
