I have been ordering from here for the last couple of years... 1 time a Baloo was ordered and wasn't delivered... I made a call to custome service and my issue was resolved in the matter of a couple of minutes (it was the local florist error not the Web site) I love this site!

Both times that I have attempted to use this service, despite assurances by the agent that my order would be delivered that day for sure, my orders did not get delivered for the occasions they were sent for! I would have gone with some other florist if I had not received the notifications that the flowers were NOT going to be delivered until so late in the day that it was not possible for me to order through someone else! I will not make the mistake of trying to use fromyouflowers.com again and have requested my money back.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
