This company is a joke same delivery day is a joke they didn't spell my friends name correctly on her card. They took 3 days to delivery her flowers to her at the hospital. It was just a whole mess. Will never order from this place again! I would recommend this place to anyone

I pray that the florist who makes the arrangement does as good a job as this site. My floral tribute to my son was exquisite. It was more beautiful in person than the picture. You don't have a "next time" for a memorial service so getting it right is mandatory. I was overwhelmed with the beauty of my flowers. Thank you from a grieving and grateful mother.

Just disappointed that I had something all picked out only to be told that you did not deliver that item to that zip code. Would have been easier if zip code required at the beginning so I would know and not be disappointed and have to start all over again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
