Need to have a box for especific delivery instructions that way we can let the vendor know the times the person getting the arrangement is going to be there to receive it. Other than that, great, fast service
I am not happy with my order, at all. I ordered a gourmet deluxe basket for Father's Day and everything in the basket was anything but gourmet. My father has diabetes so I was expecting the basket to contain everything that was advertised - summer sausage, cheese, pretzels, etc. The basket contained a bag of Lays barbecue potato chips, cookies and some other cheap items that had been purchased from the local Kroger. (I know because I googled the brands of the products in that basket). This basket was worth no more than $10. This is a huge disappointment and I will contacting customer service directly.
For same day delivery, please provide an option to specify a time range of expected delivery or even at an additional up charge, a guaranteed specific time of delivery.

The promo code is a scam as the bouquets are overpriced and the automatic given promo of 20% off just makes it appear to be decently priced, but there is no actual deal. The shipping fee is pricey and that cost needs to be more apparent on the front page of the site because it is a rather large add-on if you have a budget in mind as you're shopping the site.
The flowers, for the mid-size were just okay... I was sent a photo from the receiver. They were pretty far off from the advertised photo and I expected a bit more for the almost $60 I paid. All around, I would do more research next time before ordering flowers online.
The only thing I don't like is seeing the handling charge on the very last page. The total amount should be displayed upfront before payment information is given.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
