Initially, I was satisfied with the ease of ordering and the speed the service said they could deliver. However there was a hidden 15.00 service charge, bringing my order cost to 50 dollars. That still would have been ok, except the order delivered was a sloppy arrangement that was not at all the colors depicted. Why show a picture if you are not going to make an attempt to follow it? Very disappointed. Fortunately the birthday girl didn't know what I ordered.

I didn't like that the service fee wasn't shown until the very end, which was high!
The flowers were nice, however, they were all white, which I didn't request. I thought the flowers were going to be an assortment of colors like shown on the advertisement. I understand that the florist has the discretion with the flowers, but I was disappointed they were all white.
I must say that the customer service people were all very courteous and so was the person from the Florist shop.
The person I sent these flowers to was very pleased with them and thought they were beautiful. Good job on whomever you chose as the flowers to provide them.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
