For the total price of 69.00, I was not really impressed with the actual arrangement. The flowers were pretty, but the artistry of arrangement was only average. Not as well done as the picture on the web.

Easy to use for me, living in the UK, to send flowers to friends in the U.S. Hopefully your delivery service will live up to the ease of ordering. I would suggest that you make clear that there is a handling fee to pay. In the UK it's just the price of your flowers plus the delivery charge

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
