Almost looked like the picture, the handling fee at the end surprised me

Surprise $15 processing fee is a joke. Advertise it up front.

Also flowers were way different colors than advertised. I understand there will be some variance, but I got yellow instead of purple.

I coldn't wait for the recepient to receive her birtday gift. I very disappointed with the delivery because the product i paid for was not was delivered. It was very cheap looking which was very different from the display online. I thought I had made great deal but now I feel I was cheated

Although advertised as same day delivery, my order could not be delivered same day. Notified too late to go another route. Recipient will not receive until next day. Unable to rate product.

I won't know until my sister receives the flowers if the service is great and the product exceptional. I had a picture sent of the arrangement. For the total price of 69.00, I was not really impressed with the actual arrangement. The flowers were pretty, but the artistry of arrangement was only average. Not as well done as the picture on the web.

Easy as usual. But pictures a little misleading - arrangment smaller and not as grand as apparent in photo. Suspect catalogue represents only most expensive deluxe option.

Easy to use for me, living in the UK, to send flowers to friends in the U.S. Hopefully your delivery service will live up to the ease of ordering. I would suggest that you make clear that there is a handling fee to pay. In the UK it's just the price of your flowers plus the delivery charge

Good reviews caused me to choose this florist. The delivery was very speedy. I had some concerns about the pricing, but they were quick with a response to explain everything. Overall, I am very satisfied.
