We will never order from this company again. We showed them a picture of what we paid for versus what was delivered - two diametrically different arrangements. The company refused to give a full refund stating that the two arrangements were "similar" they looked NOTHING alike.
Their solution was to redeliver but it was too late because they were sympathy flowers for a death in the family. Completely inappropriate. Save yourself the expense and frustration and go with a different company.
The flowers received did not look anything as nice as the picture I ordered from. I was very disappointed.
The flowers that I ordered from your website certainly look NOTHING like what my 88 YR Aunt received and I am very disappointed. There certainly is not too much one can do for an 88 YR at this point, but she loves flowers and this was not a happy bouquet!

I love everything but the total at the end. Didn't expect a 39.99 order to go to $68.00 when finished. I know you said it reflected a $12.00 discount, but still way too much. Should have gotten a break at least on delivery. I may try another site next time. The flowers received were not like the picture. I chose that particular arrangement because the colors were outstanding and it was just beautiful. The order that arrived was completely different in arrangement and flowers chosen. Very disappointed.
All of the promo codes in the advertizement and the free delivery could not be applied in the checkout section so I was being overcharged by $20... Had to do the online form twice. Failed Twice. Finally had to call to get the discount. What a massive scam and waste of time. Use one of the family owned florists in the area.
