Placing the order was simple and the flowers were beautiful. However, I was disappointed that the total price was significantly higher than I expected. Too many additional charges associated with ordering, besides the cost of the flowers. The initial advertising made the items seem reasonably priced, but by the time multiple extra fees and charges are added, I was not saving any money by ordering with you.
The rose order was not delivered on time, a day late and suffering from heat exposure. The process had been very good before, but I will probably use another on-line service in the future.

This was a quick process and made it nice and easy to work with during this difficult time. When i purchased the flowers for my agent who passed (well for their desk) I was happy with my purchase and the check out etc. When it comes to delivery - I received an email stating out for delivery at 7am and then an email asking if I received them, which at the time I had not. I checked the the status and it said delivered, I had to look around for the delivery as it was left on a counter with no one around, I glad I check as I would have had no idea.

Not happy at all. Your site needs to state all over it 'assembly required', none of the flowers looked fresh & we're not adequate to even try to re-create your photo. Very disappointed.
My sister was happy with the flowers, but I did not think it was colorful enough.
Packing needs to be improved especially when shipping during hot humid weather.

I had ordered a dozen red roses to be sent as a gift but reciprient received only six roses and some carnations! I am very disappointed and annoyed!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
