My DIL's father passed away, and I wanted to send her flowers (2 time zones away), while she was with my son, before going home 2 days later. I called and talked to a service rep, to make sure they knew to take it to the concierge. Double checked they did same-day, and picked the bouquet based on selections available for same day. This is at 2:45 pm delivery location time. At 3:34 pm (deliveries are made until 6 pm) local delivery time, an e-mail was sent saying that they would not be able to deliver, but would try the earliest they could the next day - 07/01, and they would refund the $2.99 same day fee. Even tho they had 2 phone numbers for me, they didn't call, so I didn't get the e-mail until after work, now too late to try calling local florists. I called customer service, who looked up the order, and said their local florists were too busy, and couldn't do it same day. When asked why they didn't call me - no reason or excuse. When asked when it would be delivered the next day, just said before 5 pm. I pointed out she was leaving the following morning & couldn't take them with her - so why bother! He sent a note to the florist that it needed to be delivered before noon, and to call me if it wasn't, however as all they seem to do is send notes, not actually guarantee anything, I'm not holding my breath. Offered to upgrade the bouquet, but no other refund or compensation offer. Also, the order didn't have the delivery notes, so had to explain it all again. I don't know where their call center is, but they had no idea of the time/distance differences, suggesting I could be there to verify the delivery (I am over 1000 miles away).
Will not use this service again, absolutely not impressed.

Also flowers were way different colors than advertised. I understand there will be some variance, but I got yellow instead of purple.
I coldn't wait for the recepient to receive her birtday gift. I very disappointed with the delivery because the product i paid for was not was delivered. It was very cheap looking which was very different from the display online. I thought I had made great deal but now I feel I was cheated

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
