Confusing and when it says it will send me to a page that I can get a same day delivery in the same town but then says I cant after putting in all the information a ton of times. I found the order process easy and the selection good. My order was sent to our son and daughter-in-law in Oregon for their wedding anniversary. They were very pleased with the flowers that were delivered.

So pleased with the service and when I called back to see if they could deliver flowers before 4:00 as my daughter was leaving earlier, they called local florist and put in request and held me on the line while they did it So professional and yet still so personable. Can't wait to use them again.

Ok overall. The receiver was quite happy with the flowers received. However, I felt that there was a discrepancy in the # of flowers shown in the order picture vs. what was actually received.

Product arrived a day late and when i called no one had any information. I was told "you need to call the florest as it says it was delivered". I live at the house and can promise it was NOT delivered.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
