I was very disappointed with the product that was delivered this time. I carefully chose an arrangement that was in a clear glass lemonade pitcher so that the gift would be more than flowers. Much to my surprise, the flowers were put in a simple, clear vase. I would have spent more on flowers, if I had known that I would not get the pitcher. The price seemed to reflect that the pitcher and flowers would be together!

The original delivery was not as seen on the website. The roses were wilted as were many of the other flowers. It seemed old and tired. The water was murky. The recipient called and advised the shop of what happened. Whoever she spoke to was rather abrupt and rude to her and offer to replace it. Replacement flowers we're not much better, left roses as pictured in the website and was in a tacky vase. It looked like what was left over two days after Mother's Day at the supermarket. I am extremely just satisfied or not recommend this business to anyone. I depreciated the shop and call me at *******886. Also, do not take solace in the fact that I'm presently in Texas. We have a home in Newburyport and will be moving there soon. We are in and out of that area frequently for the last several years.

Confusing and when it says it will send me to a page that I can get a same day delivery in the same town but then says I cant after putting in all the information a ton of times. Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
