Vancouver, WA - placed order two days prior to my wife's birthday on 6/29, and paid extra for early delivery (before noon). When noon arrived i called my wife, no flowers. Called the customer service number they apologized and promised it would be out before the end of the day. By the end of the day the flowers never arrived. I called again and all i got was a woman that continuously said we apologize like a robot and asked if i just wanted a refund. I asked for an explanation and was told that earlier in the morning (before noon)their vendors didnt have the flowers. I found myself very frustrated knowing that they could have told me this when i called earlier and i could have changed my order. The flowers ended up showing up to my wife the following day and looked half dead. We ended up throwing the flowers out the following day. **I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. **

I paid for same day delivery and received the order 2 days later. Was not happy with the delivery time. On a bright note, when I called the customer service line they made every effort to help me.

I just wanted to buy a plant which was good for air cleaning so I choose the Anthurium.
But you were unable to locate a florist able to complete the delivery, so my order was postponed to the next day and you suggested size upgraded.
However, the upgrade is unavailable for the product chosen (Deluxe or Premium).

And what it worse... the next day you e-mail me..." Our florist has contacted us and has requested to inform you that the arrangement for the recipient in order to complete your delivery is not availble. Additionally, we would need your permission to substitute your chosen product for one as close as possible with an upgrade." so I changed the delivery date(June 28th June 29th) and the product (you didn't even tell me what the name was).
Finally I recived the plant on June 29th. (the plant was shipped from Michigan local flower shop)
I was so disappointed because i couldn't set a date for the anniversary...

너네 자동응답 메일도 정말 짜증났다 똑같은 메일이 자꾸 오니까 확인이 된건지 안된건지. 접수가 안되서 돌아온 줄 알았는데 메일보내는 담당자도 자꾸 바뀌니까 소통이 원활하게 되지 않는것 같다.
The flowers received were beautiful and as pictured. They did deliver on the day chosen. Just want to forewarn that the option of delivery by 5 pm is not accurate. They may arrive hours after. They looked very fresh and well taken care of. Thanks again. If I had not needed them to arrive by 5 it would not have been a big deal. Very convenient shopping experience.

Ordering was easy, hope delivery goes well also.---Update: Flowers were delivered today as requested, the recipient said they were beautiful and she was extremely happy with them. I did not see the arrangement myself--This was a Florists' Choice-- but I believe they were as nice as my friend said they were. I am very pleased with the ordering process and the price was exceedingly good. I will order from this company in the future.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
