This was delivered to my sister in the hospital. She raved at how beautiful they are.
The flowers were left on the front porch & no one was home. Luckily a neighbor was called who could pick up the flowers and store themvuntil the recipient got home. They were in the heat for a couple hours before we even knew they were delivered. I would have thought that in the heat of summer, given that you had the recipient' phone number, that they would be contacted before delivery. Other than that ordering was easy, selection was nice and promptness was too good. Thank you for asking.

I usually have misgivings about shipped flowers, but so far the roses are blooming out nicely. I also ordered a vase with a custom photo. It was not exactly what I expected. I had supposed that the photo would be permanently imprinted on the vase. Instead, it is a waterproof print of the photo that is inserted into the vase and gives the illusion that the photo is imprinted into the vase. That being said, the impression is excellent, and I am satisfied with it. The total impact upon the recipient was very effective, and I am entirely satisfied.
