The flowers were a gift to a friend in the hospital. They arrived on the same day as requested. TI saw a picture and they looked very bright and happy. That was exactly what I wanted!

I really appreciated the thoughtfulness of phone calls. First to find out when someone would be at the home and time to deliver. 2nd call stating no one was still there at the time given and wanting to know if delivery person should wait until someone arrived.

The arrangement was NOT as pictured. The vase I chose specifically was picked because it had a cross on it as it was a sympathy arrangement. I came instead in a cheap white tacky vase, NO cross. Flowers were not as nice as the other flowers around it. Very disappointed. Would not use again. The CROSS on the vase was the reason for the purchase.

I'm understanding that it's not going to be 100% like your site, but I expected WAY better results from the company you outsourced to do the arrangement.
My mother's 65th birthday, she's 1,100 miles away, and I feel like I could have sent money for my sister to go to Wal-Mart and put together a better arrangement for far less.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
