Easy to use website. Now let's see if the service gets delivered on the same day as scheduled... Delivery was a day late on one and two days late on another but I was promptly compensated and there was no urgency for the delivery. I was also ordering across time zones which may have challenged the ability to fill the order promptly. Very beautiful arrangements and my friends were both quite pleased.
