I paid for the $75 same day service that was 'guatanteed' and of course, they blew it. The flowers did not arrive the same day and then the following day they arrived around 330 pm. I could go in to the details which made it ten times worse, but I do not have the energy to waste on this business. Just take my word for it. Never order from this company. You would be better off delivering the flowers yourself. Also, nearly 800+ reviews and they are still a 1.2 star? Yeah, I see a trend here.
I used to have problems with delivery on time and also dead flowers. The last time was great so am hoping it is so from here on out.
The order was for my mother's 89th birthday. She lives in New Mexico and I live in Virginia. When I spoke to her, Mom stated the fruit basket was beautiful and she loved it! Thank you for helping make my mother's birthday a memorable one!

I enjoyed everything but the cost. 60 is a lot of money, but it was for a good cause. I wouldn't use again because it's not a good financial gift choice- I can brighten someone's day for a lot less with Amazon if flowers are going to run this much.
We live in the middle of Missouri. Our grandson, whom we raised, was in Providence for two weeks of training for his job, staying at the Marriott Providence Downtown. I wasn't sure I'd be able to get just a balloon bouquet, for his 25th birthday, but you certainly did come through for me! It's the first time he hasn't been home with us for a birthday and I wanted him to know we were thinking of him on his special day. You allowed me the privilege of doing just that and I greatly appreciate it...I would certainly recommend your business for anyone, whether you're ordering in Providence or clear across the nation! Awesome service!
