Over all I was quite pleased with ease of ordering, et. But what really put the experience over the top--I placed my order late in the afternoon for the next day delivery. I was so sure my order was not going to arrive until very late in the evening. However, to my surprise and delight my order arrived before I had to leave my home for today. And the bouquet was just as pictured on the website. Kodos that's good customer service!

I placed an order with this site because they offered same day delivery. 45 minutes after placing my order I received an email advising they could not be delivered that day. They advised they would refund my same day charge and deliver the next day. When I called they offered me an additional discount and advised they would be delivered by noon the next day. The flowers finally arrived at 4pm the day after I placed the order.
Overall it is usually a good experience, but it would be nice if the flowers I picked were the flowers sent. They looked nothing like what I ordered. But my daughter loved them either way, so it worked out.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
