The spelling on the card was EXTERMLY bad.
Previous orders did not have the outlandish handling charge added after selection. You have jioned the rest of the industry in falsely advertising $19.00 orders that end up at $50.00. No mention of the added charges until order completion! Will not be back.

Your ad said 45% off and free delivery for same day, that was NOT the case. I ordered a 34.00 item, and had same day delivery...charge was 62.00!
The flower bouquet was wonderful, only the card was a disappointing. Cheap paper covered with more advertising than the note.
Wish there was stuffed dog selection instead of just teddy bear

Delivery experience was horrible. Delivery was not made on time and was sent to the wrong address. The company was argumentative to the recipient stating that the delivery was made, but it was not.
Disappointing to say the least that my 87 year old relative had stress on her birthday!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
