THE ORDER LOOKED NOTHING LIKE WHAT WAS ADVERTISED. I PAID FOR A DELUXE BOUQUET AND THERE WERE NOT MANY FLOWERS IN THE ARRANGEMENT AT ALL. VERY DISAPPOINTING! Delivery time was fine because that was my error. I have a picture of what was delivered if you would like to see it.

The flowers sent for Sun City present were disappointing. Will not let the florest there select again. The flowers sent in Spokane were very good.
I ordered flowers for as a "Thank you" for a business associate. I was not able to see the outcome but I received a wonderful email telling me how jealous ladies were over the arrangement. I will be using them again and hope it will be the same outcome.

The only thing I was dissatisfied with was the $17.95 handling charge. I feel that this was excessive. It doesn't do any good to offer a $10.00 savings coupon and then when it is time to checkout, the customer finds out there is a $17.95 handling fee. Also, you advertise certain items as same day delivery but when your customer selects one of those items, they are charged an additional $2.99.
Much more acceptable if you disclose all of this info upfront rather than at checkout.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
