Ordered flowers for my Mother's Birthday and paid only $2.99 extra for same day delivery. Total was just below $50.00. I called my Mother the next day and she never received the flowers. When I looked at my order online, it showed scheduled for delivery (the date I ordered them). So my Mother got nothing for her birthday from me, very sad. When I called customer service who was "sorry for the inconvenience", of course, they offered me a $9.00 credit plus $2.99! I told them I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund, they agreed and told me to "have a nice day". I'm sure it will take several days for the money to be returned to my account.
I think a handling fee is uncalled for
I received the email that it had been delivered. I called to check with them and they said they had not received a phone call and they were not at home. They went home as soon as they were able and found it on his door step. They sent me a picture and the arrangement was not as cute as the one on the site, especially the teddy bear. I was disappointed!
I wish the service fees were not so high, but otherwise, this experience was great.

I think if the shipping and handling fee can be less when ordering two items to the same delivery address will be more reasonable.
I didnt realize until the final checkout that 14.00 was added for same day/weekend service. Otherwise process was fairly simple for first time user.My daughter received her birthday flowers same day and they were perfect just like the picture!
So far so good. Hope it looks as good as the pictures. Have ordered from other places to get something entirely different than ordered. After my friend received her basket it was filled with flowers not plants as ordered, so once again an arrangement arrives not as pictured and not as expected. Disappointed!

So far, so good. Fast and easy. Not so good! Major problems with delivery date! Ordered on July 20 with a delivery date of July 22. Received email on July 20 that order was delivered! Called customer service and was assured the order would be delivered on July22. Received email from Shopper Approved on July 22 to follow up on order placed on July 20, was it received? How would I know, I am not the recipient! Turns out the order was already there on July 21 and could have been delivered before that! So, I guess you could call me an unhappy customer.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
