My daughter called me the minute she received them and I could tell from the sound of her voice that she was thrilled, especially since I made sure to select an arrangement containing sunflowers, her favorite. Easy. But the delivery person left them in the sun because no one was home and all the flowers drooped from the hot sun. I have usually had success with from you flowers but this time it was sub par.

It will depend on how the flowers look when they are delivered and when they are delivered. The flowers were little different from pictures.

Overall it was a very neat idea but I wasn't expecting to get a piece of paper printed out and stuck in the vase. We paid $52 So we were expecting the picture to be on the glass itself and for the vase to be tall enough for the flowers, also the flowers didn't seem that fresh and pretty. The color was very dull and a lot of petals had fallen off inside the box when we opened it.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
