The arrangement that was delivered was not what was expected. I understand that I didn't select an upgrade, but the flowers were not worth the price paid. The yellow roses had already started to wilt. I am usually 100% satisfied with the arrangements that fromyouflowers.com delivers, but not this time.

My mother-in-law sent me a picture of the flowers she received and they looked very pretty.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
