I always find the best deals here compared to other floral/gift delivery companies. I ordered & paid for 3 mylar balloons & only received one. Customer Service refunded the $10 for the missing two balloons, so I was satisfied with that outcome.

The recipient was very happy with the flowers however compared to what was pictured when I ordered it, it didn't compare. I do not feel I got what was ordered in terms of flower head count and the bouquet was not well designed.
