The ordering was easy, website was fine. The problem is that the flowers were clearly purchased for a funeral, and yet came in a glass vase, which was unusable at the cemetery, and worst of all the bouquet was very sparse, with tiny carnations and 2 lilies that were not yet open! I paid $57 for this?!
I recently purchased a $50 flower for my father's grave in NJ for Father's day. What I got for $50 was a HUGE bouquet built into a beautiful wooden base. The bouquet was very full with large carnations, lilies, and roses, as well as greens and baby's breath etc. I remember telling the lady when I ordered these flowers that I wanted a pretty basket that can sit on the ground and she said if these flowers are for a grave, we don't put too much money into the container. I was glad for her advice, and the wooden base she put the flowers in was perfect. I wish fromyouflowers had been as thoughtful. I have heard that flowers are cheaper in NJ than in VA but this is a drastic difference. What I got for my money was not at all worth it and looked nothing like the photo. It was really embarrassing at the funeral home when my bouquet looked like something from Walgreens.

So far, ok. I cannot fairly comment as my order has not been delivered. Customer Service answered my questions but I can only believe they sent specific instructions on to the the actual florist filling and delivering my order.
I find the pricing deceptive. Adding a huge handling fee, per item at end of process. Really feels like a rip off.

7/26/17 4:45 pm update: I received a message from my friend that she received the flowers we ordered for her. She seemed happy with them but then it would be impolite to criticize a gift even if it were not pleasing. I really wish you could give me a photo of what was created for her, especially since I ordered the flowers that are florist-designed rather than specific.
I expect you will soon send me the code for "free shipping for life" that you promised yesterday as an incentive to order on your company's anniversary. Thank you for being so responsive.

I wasn't impressed with the arrangement. Although pretty it was lacking blue flowers and not as full as pictured.
Shipment arrived on the requested day, but because the recipient was not home, the flowers were not left at the front door, so actual delivery was delayed to next day. Guess I should have indicated in the order to leave on front door if no one is home? Other than that, all is well!

I saw the price of my order. Online, to be less, but then when it came up for billing, it was the full price, minus the discount of 20 % and ended up being the same price. So NO savings, really. Then a big handling cost, put me at an even higher rate. I will see what the receiver thinks of this product, before I rate it..

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
