I was unable to add a code that I had from Retailmenot to save money on my purchase. Nothing could be typed into the code box.
My flowers were delivered on time, I just think it would be helpful if there was a way for you to tell us when an estimate is at their delivery time. My daughters office closed by 430 that day in the delivery window was till five. And that stressed me out so I think if there was someway to say that the office hours and at this time for the delivery location that would've give me some peace about the process. But other than that it was great!

I was very happy with how quickly they were delivered. They were beautiful and my friend loved them, but I was a little disappointed that there were no yellow roses in the arrangement (like in the picture and description on your website).

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
