Quick, easy and great prices with promotion
When i submitted the order originally Wed night, the price of the plant was 26.99 + offer for lifetime free shipping. When i called the 800#, they said the free shipping can be used in addition to other offers. Apparently that was not true.
Additionally, the order contains two plants...nowhere near what was pictured.

I loved the flowers I viewed on the website, so I ordered and expected same day delivery as advertised. Delivery was the next day. Disappointed! Balloon ordered to go with floral arrangement was missing but flowers were left at front door because nobody was home so balloon could have been stolen. If arrangement was delivered on the same day as advertised, someone would have been there. The arrangement looked nothing like advertised. Same colors only, not the same flowers. Disappointed! Would I use this website again? NO! I could have gotten a better arrangement for half the cost at the local floral shop in the grocery store. Not usually a complainer. Just being honest. Seriously disappointed.

The picture that my friend sent me looked nothing like what I ordered. The picture on your web page had white gerber daisies, white lilies, green roses, white daisies and a few small green mums. The one that was delivered had three huge lilies, white roses, large stems of green mums, 2 white gerber daisies. The picture looks nothing like your picture. They were happy with it, I am not. I arrange flowers myself and I hate to say this, but I could have done better. I would suggest you inform the florist you used because it hurts you not them.
