I went for the largest arrangement.
It wasn't as "big" as I thought it would be. Other than that it's a beautiful arrangement.
I did not like the fact that the $15 delivery fee was not disclosed until the very end of the transaction.
Flowers were pretty, though, and delivered on time.
Delivered item was not as advertised. "Everyone's Favorite" gift basket did not contain same items or the same quantity of items as shown. I was suspect when the individual items included were not listed, but there was no disclaimer saying something like, "display items may not reflect actual product", so I hoped for the best. But it's ALWAYS better if a customer knows what to expect, so I was a little disappointed. It was delivered on time phowever, which was good since I requested same day delivery.

Mother's house and not knowing what time she would be discharged from the hospital or when she would be home, I wanted them delivered the following day. They ended up calling me because no one was home and I had to tell them to leave them on the porch. While I appreciate the promptness, I chose a certain date for a reason.

I purchased a 'large' bouquet after seeing a picture of it, I was disappointed. I was expecting a bigger, fuller bouquet than what was actually delivered.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
